I called and the lady that answered refused to give her name so I could address her properly! Then when I asked questions she was just very short with her answers! I would definitely recommend learning people skills! You are in a customer service business and it doesnt matter what the customer is calling about small or big you should always be polite and willing to have any kind of business. I will never do business with a company that allows their employees to be rude!!
