I was pleased with the way the staff treated me and the quality of the product. The staff acted exactly as I would expect them to in this type of business. My order was filled a little ahead of the schedule--a nice surprise! Their pricing schedule is competitive and fair for what they're offering. This business tried hard to make it's location convenient, and succeeded for the most part.

I had a terrible experience with Doug Kimzey. He was called to replace a lock on an interior bedroom door on a rental home I own. He installed the wrong lock and then when asked to return to install the correct lock, he refused. My tenant paid him. I am having the correct lock installed by another locksmith and I"m suing Doug Kimzey for the cost. Beware here. Deceptive business practices.
